Reaching out to a vast multitude of farmers across cultural and language barriers is another of our achievements. Firm in our conviction that no customer relationship can be sustained without personalised service, our presence in all areas of the country allows us to be as close to our customers as is possible. We have entered the new financial year with a cultural shift in operations in terms of implementation of the Zonal Profit Centre concept. This would help us in serving the customer better with clear decentralisation of decision making to the zones, leading to decreased turn around time in terms of ground level issues. This would also lead to reduction in the costs with the consolidaton of operations. We have Regional Offices, Area Sales Offices, Depots and Field Staff Headquarters across the country. Our Field Staffs and Assistants are spread out across districts, talking to dealers, retailers and farmers and educating and guiding them. In an age of intense competition and a race for market share, our systematic penetration of the agricultural market has given us the much-needed impetus to be the largest provider of agro products. Today we can assuredly say that no other agrochemical company has the infrastructure and capabilities to match our reach in the rural sector.
