| 18. | What are the First Aid measures to be adopted for SENTRY 10 WP poisoning? Ingestion - if the patient has swallowed the chemical, seek medical attention immediately. The person should not be made to vomit (aspiration into lungs can lead to chemical pneumonitis) and do not give any liquid to the person. Dermal / skin contact - wash the exposed area thoroughly with clean water and soap for 15 - 20 minutes and change contaminated work clothes immediately. Inhaled - if inhaled, move person to fresh air and seek medical help. Artificial respiration is recommended. Eye - if splashed in the eye, rinse slowly and gently with clean water for about 15 - 20 minutes. Always the bottle and the attached label should be made available to the Medial Doctor for taking up the necessary recourse of treatment.  |
| 19. | What are the recommended antidote for SENTRY 10 WP poisoning ? There is no specific antidote if the product is ingested. Treat symptomatically including cases of skin contact paresthesia effect (itching, tingling, burning or numbness). In case of convulsions, diazepam is recommended. Antihistamines may be given to control allergies. |
