Efficacious manufacturing base with adequate infrastructure is the backbone of our success story. With factories spread over 5 locations, we have the largest capacity in the country today, producing 10,000 M.T. of technical grade pesticide and 30,000 Tons/Litres of formulations per annum.
The plant and machinery with in built flexibility enables us to produce any new product in a short time and make available even to the remotest location.
The lay out and unit plotting at every location conform to national and international standards, adhering to the most stringent safety standards. Waste management approach focuses on waste volume and strength reduction through reuse and by product recovery. End of the pipe is treatment facility viz, primary, secondary or tertiary treatment ensuring conformance of treated water to stipulated standards. Membership with Common Effluent Treatment Plants through whose treatment facilities our treated effluent is discharged reconfirms our compliance level. Incinerators have been provided for thermal oxidation of all non-treatable liquid wastes and also the hazardous solid wastes. Air emission control equipments ensure adherence to the regulatory air emission standards.
